The Berndes kebab dish is specially designed for kebabs in all situations.
With its hollow rectangular shape, it allows you to place several skewers side by side and to hold them thanks to 6 small notches.
Use the 6 stainless steel skewers provided to design your skewers to your liking, then place them in the dish while waiting for the charcoal to set.
Once cooked, put them back in the same place: the dish collects the meat juice so as not to dirty your terrace, but also the vegetables that could come off.
But if the frosts of winter show up, don’t give up the pleasure of the skewer: entirely in ceramic, this dish supports the traditional oven.
Place your skewers in the dish and bake the whole thing in the oven.
You can even place some vegetables, potatoes or herbs in the bottom of the dish to add flavor.
